| Return Policy | Nicht getragene PURA Teile können innerhalb von 14 Tagen (ab Versanddatum von uns) zurückgegeben oder umgetauscht werden. Bei Rückgabe erfolgt eine Rückvergütung des Betrags (abzgl. Shipping Kosten) auf das Zahlungsmittel. Die Rücksendekosten gehen zu Lasten des Kunden. Rücksendungen werden nur angenommen, falls vorher per E-Mail Kontakt aufgenommen wurde! Falls wir vorher nicht per Mail kontaktiert wurden, ist eine Rücküberweisung des Geldes auf das Bankkonto ausgeschlossen! ACHTUNG: Es besteht KEIN Rückgaberecht auf bereits getragene Ware. Sobald die Schutzfolie der Bikini-Höschen entfernt wurde, wird es nicht zurückgenommen. Im Falle eines Produktionsfehler wird die Ware JEDERZEIT ersetzt oder geflickt. Free gift: ab 150.- erhältst du ein "free gift". Wird deine gesamte Bestellung retourniert (ausser dem Geschenk) wird dir der Betrag des Geschenkes verrechnet. Der Preis für den organic cotton bag ist 29.-. Dieser Betrag wird dir von der Rückerstattung deines Gesamtbetrages abgezogen. All of our PURA Bikinis can be returned within 14 days if they were not used and the plastic was not removed. Returns that exceed the 14 days will not be accepted! Please note, that the shipping costs in case of a return are not covered by us. We are only accepting returns, if we were contacted by E-Mail in advance! If we were not contacted by email first, a refund is only possible with store credit, no cash back. Please be sure to read the size table and to ask us if you have any questions! Bestellungen sind von Zollgebühren befreit, die MwSt für jedes Land ist jeweils im Preis inbegriffen. Für CH Bestellungen: Die Versandkosten betragen 4.90 CHF, Lieferzeit beträgt 2-4 Tage. Für EU Bestellungen: Die Shipping Kosten nach Deutschland betragen 4.90 EUR und die Lieferzeit beträgt 2-6 Tage.
