Bei Rückgabe erfolgt eine Rückvergütung des Betrags (abzgl. Shipping Kosten) auf das Zahlungsmittel. Die Rücksendekosten gehen zu Lasten des Kunden. Rücksendungen werden nur angenommen, falls vorher per E-Mail Kontakt aufgenommen wurde! Returns that exceed the 14 days will not be accepted! Please note, that the shipping costs in case of a return are not covered by us. We are only accepting returns, if we were contacted by E-Mail in advance! If we were not contacted by email first, a refund is only possible with store credit, no cash back.
